A.   PHOTOGRAPHY OBJECT

1. Tanah Lot Art Festival, to preserve the Art and Culture of Bali.

2. Describe the atmosphere during the Tanah Lot Art Festival 2009 start from May 30 until June 7, 2009.

B.   TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Open for public, both domestic and foreigner.

2. Color photo is own work both with analog or digital cameras and captured during Tanah Lot Art Festival 2009.

3. Photo does not contain elements of pornography, razism, and not bother the other side.

4. Photo processing allowed only a cropping, burning, level (which can only be done on dark room). Manipulation of digital images or merging two or more photos are not allowed.

5. Participants may submit 10 pieces of photo with maximal size 20 x 25 cm (10 R), included with the original softcopy with maximal width 1024 pixels, 72 dpi, with maximal JPG file 500 Kb for the authenticity of photo processing.

6. Behind the photo must written the Participant Name, Title Photos, Address Participants. For softcopy writing : No._Foto_Judul_Nama Peserta.JPG (example 1_Barong_IMadeNuarta.JPG).

7.  Winner must submit a High Resolution Soft Copy files with width at least  2000 pixels, 300 dpi (for digital camera), negative film (for analog cameras)

8. All photos which sent by participants will not returned. Photo of the winners will be used for Tanah Lot promotion.

9. With send their art work, participants considered with all terms and conditions.

10. The committees does not have responsibility if will appear claims from third parties.

12. Photo which not win, if used for Tanah Lot promotion, photo owner will be contacted.

3.  3rd  Winner (Rp. 1.000.000,- + Certificate)
